There are regular trains from Bristol and Bath stopping at Keynsham. Keynsham train station is within an easy 5 minute walk to my therapy room.

Several bus routes stop on or near Keynsham High Street. These include the 17, 39, 349, 522 and A4. Additionally, the K1 community bus, operated by The Big Lemon, has a stop on High Street.
